You get the same price that a retail store would get when they buy from us.  After a  discussion on your parameters whether its size vs color vs clarity vs budget you will recieve a selection via email or text that gives you more info to make your purchase. You own it, make sure this is the one! No different than the selection of your partner. I do however offer an upgrade if you chose to exchange the diamond for a larger one. As all diamonds are traded in USD the exchange rate will have an effect on the exchange. 

When your in the area of my office we offer complimentary polish, cleaning and rhodium plating, It's a huge deal, ask a store what they charge to do this.

I highly recommend Jewellers Mutual, they insure my inventory, now they will insure yours, diamonds do fall out after time, they do get loose. This company pays me to tighten them up. Your house insurance doesn't. Once you pick up the diamond ring you will get a free quote to purchase the insurance. I submit the appraisal value to them and they contact you.
